Special Order
This special order page allows you to place a special order or provide a new credit card number.
Click on purchase and than "go to checkout" which will take you to a blank order form. Fill out the order form with your billing information. There is also a field for customer comment so please type the order number if you are providing a new CC or the name and price of the special order that we have discussed with you.
